Job Description

We are looking for someone with the desire to make their mark and take the next step in their career into an extremely Client focused environment to deliver our growth forecasts. The role will require you to roll your sleeves up and deal with Clients of all shapes and sizes including supporting Clients with live booking queries. You will be required to visit clients 2/3 times per week, potential overnight stays, use of own vehicle or public transport with expenses paid. This will be a temp to perm role over 6 months.

Main Duties

  • Developing, nurturing, and focusing on relationships with clients.
  • Keeping relationships going and opening new opportunities from existing clients.
  • Being result focused on helping clients achieve the results they have been promised.
  • Striving to provide the best service to clients.
  • Being solution and results driven
  • You will take ownership of the relationship (if assigned), focusing on retention, upselling additional services, and securing Client participation in case studies and testimonials.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Need 2+ years of experience working from home.
  • Will have 2+ years of account management experience/Senior complaint handling experience, preferably within the property, outsourcing or technology sectors.
  • You will have 1+ years\’ experience of solution selling – this is important as transactional selling does not form part of our sales process.
  • Be self-motivated and have the drive to deliver growth through upselling to existing clients.
  • Patience and perseverance throughout the sales process.
  • Possess energy and insights to shape and improve account management activities.
  • You will be happy to work with fluidity and be skilled at multi-tasking.
  • You will have experience of CRM platforms.
