Are you an organised, confident administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Service Coordinator / Administrator to join a busy maintenance and repairs team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating operatives and subcontractors, managing appointments, keeping systems up to date and ensuring customers receive an efficient, professional service.

This is a varied role where strong organisation, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential. You’ll be proactive, reliable and customer-focused, with the ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating daily schedules for operatives and subcontractors.
  • Allocating the right people to jobs based on skills, availability and location.
  • Managing repair appointments and ensuring works are completed on time.
  • Updating systems and maintaining accurate records.
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer and internal queries.
  • Recording information from operatives, subcontractors and clients.
  • Ordering materials and equipment when required.
  • Supporting customer satisfaction surveys and monthly reporting.
  • Identifying and escalating issues to the Service or Contract Manager.
  • Supporting the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous administration, coordination, scheduling or customer service experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • A good understanding of geographical areas and route planning.
  • Ideally, some knowledge of building maintenance or different trades.

Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday & must be able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract. Various company benefits and free parking onsite.
