Are you an experienced Roofer / Fascia & Guttering Specialist with extensive roofline experience and your own professional tools and van? Do you live within good travel distance of Bosham near Chichester? If so, Workshop Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled Roofer, Fascia & Guttering Specialist for a 2-week assignment starting 14th September, working on a high-end residential property in Bosham.

To apply for this role, you must have extensive experience within roofing, fascia & guttering and will be responsible for:

  • Carefully removing and reinstating existing guttering
  • Replacing soffits, fascias and capping boards
  • Maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail

This is a specialist role where previous experience within roofing, roofline and guttering work is essential. You must provide 2 references.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove existing guttering carefully and reinstate it to a high standard.
  • Replace soffits and ensure a professional finish.
  • Replace fascias and associated roofline components.
  • Install and replace capping boards as required.
  • Work safely and professionally on a high-end residential property.
  • Use appropriate tools and equipment to complete the work efficiently.
  • Maintain excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Follow all relevant site health and safety requirements.
  • Live within the Bosham, Chichester, Portsmouth area.

  • Extensive experience as a Roofer, Fascia & Guttering Specialist or similar.
  • Strong practical experience with fascias, soffits and guttering, installation of capping boards.
  • Experience removing and reinstating existing guttering.
  • Good knowledge of roofline and associated external works.
  • Confident replacing capping boards and completing detailed finishing work.
  • Must have the correct professional tools for the role.
  • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
