Workshop Recruitment is looking for an experienced Catering Equipment Engineer in Bishops Cleeve, based at their head office, 36k to 40k depending on experience. Our client is a leading commercial catering equipment and Portable Kitchen supplier to both public and private sector clients across the globe. CCCN1 (or CCN1 and COCATA1) COMCAT-1 COMCAT-3 COMCAT-5 CONGPL1PD CENWAT ICPN1 TPCP1 TPCP1A The Role Carry out safety checks to ensure each item or catering equipment is safe and fit for use Carry out safety checks to ensure each kitchen unit is safe and fit for use Carry safety checks to ensure each kitchen installation is safe and fit for use Maintain a good understanding of the operation of all items of catering equipment within the hire fleet and the business criticality of each item. Identify and resolve technical issues, fault finding of equipment, kitchen units or kitchen installations as required. Complete all documentation in a proper and timely manner in regards to equipment Keep your working area clean and stocked, ready to work at all times Based at head office, but will be asked to travel to site in order to complete repairs and/or commission items of equipment or kitchen installations as required ready and fit for use Assist and support the Technical Support Department as and when required Must have experience within a similar role Essential: Full UK Driving License. Clean & Tidy Appearance Ability to demonstrate a good Mechanical & Electrical knowledge gained either through work experience or qualifications as indicated below. Naturally curious individual with fault finding / problem solving, and judgement skills Customer focused with a courteous and professional manner Good organisational and timekeeping skills Must be organized with attention to work administration and van stock procedures.
