If so, Workshop Recruitment is looking for a highly skilled Roofer, Fascia & Guttering Specialist for a 2-week assignment starting 14th September, working on a high-end residential property in Bosham.
To apply for this role, you must have extensive experience within Roofing, Fascia & Guttering and will be responsible for:
- Carefully removing and reinstating existing guttering to a high standard.
- Replacing soffits and ensuring a professional finish.
- Replacing fascias and associated roofline components.
- Installing and replacing capping boards as required.
- Working safely and professionally on a high-end residential property.
- Using appropriate tools and equipment to complete the work efficiently.
- Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Following all relevant site health and safety requirements.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Extensive experience as a Roofer, Fascia & Guttering Specialist or similar.
- Strong practical experience with fascias, soffits and guttering, installation of capping boards.
- Experience removing and reinstating existing guttering.
- Good knowledge of roofline and associated external works.
- Confident replacing capping boards and completing detailed finishing work.
- Must have the correct professional tools for the role.
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
