Our client, a specialist in the events and media field, is looking for a driven B2B sales executive to join an existing team, in lovely offices based in Fareham. This role is ideal for a candidate with previous B2B direct sales experience, where resilience is key, as the delegates you are contacting to sell bookings for a suite of available conferences, may not be contactable at the first call. You must be proactive to try and reach delegates both in the UK and Europe via telephone and other means. You must be proficient in the use of LinkedIn. This role is fully office based and full training will be given on the sector. You will enjoy working in a sales based environment with incentives, dress down Fridays, weekly raffles and prizes! Responsibilities Contact previous, current, and new delegates within the maritime sector selling spaces in conferences for the company’s events. Engage with delegates via online means, as well as high volume calls to introduce the events/conferences to gain information and convert calls into bookings. Meet KPI’s and targets Introduce the business services and maximise on every call by building a good rapport quickly. Skills & Experience Strong organisational skills to track calls, call backs and potential delegates for the future Previous B2B direct telephone sales Confident in the use of LinkedIn, Teams, Emails and MS Office Positive, driven, motivated and resilient mind set Confident communicator who works well to meet team and company wide goals Hours 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (1 Hour lunch) Fully Office Based Salary and Reward £27,000 – £28,000 basic salary – £42,000 OTE • 6.6 weeks annual leave with Christmas close down. • Christmas incentive of up to 5 days additional paid leave. • Company away days and incentive schemes. • Workplace pension and additional holiday purchase. • Cycle to work scheme and eyecare plan. • Death in service insurance of 3x annual salary. • Mental, physical, and financial wellbeing support. • Employee discount cards
