As an Artworker & Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring technical accuracy, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency. Improving on and proofing customer artwork for signage and print-based manufacturing orders. You will help design technical brochures, graphics, and documentation to support product and sales activity. Produce clear, structured documents to assist customers and internal teams. Contribute to trade press ads and marketing e-shots using our templates. Support the development and maintenance of our growing company website. Collaborate closely with our existing Customer Artworker to share workload and expertise. Step in on general office tasks when needed—everyone pitches in here.

Skills and Knowledge

  • You will be confident handling structured artwork, comfortable switching gears to manage marketing tasks, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in graphic design software (CorelDRAW experience is ideal).
  • A strong eye for layout, detail, and technical accuracy.
  • Familiarity with marketing—whether through previous roles or your own initiatives.
  • Knowledge of 3D design software is highly desirable (training provided if not already skilled).
  • Well-organised, adaptable, and happy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • £31-34K depending on experience.
  • A stable, supportive work environment with plenty of room to grow.
  • Flexibility for full time or part time hours (pro rata salary if part time).
  • Full training on systems and products, including 3D software.
  • A friendly, informal workplace culture, casual clothing.
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 – a 40-hour work week, part time hours available.
