Area Sales Representative 3-4 days in and around London & North of M25 with an easy commute to Hampshire once a week £50,000–£60,000 + Vehicle or Car Allowance 8am–4.30pm, Monday–Friday Permanent The Opportunity Are you an experienced Area Sales Representative with strong sales and CRM skills, confident managing high-value projects and developing new business? Join a growing business where you’ll play a key role in driving regional sales performance, developing customer relationships and supporting the wider sales team. The Area Sales Representative will work one day per week from the Waterlooville office, with four days field-based across London and north of the M25. You’ll balance inbound enquiries with proactive outbound sales while managing your pipeline and developing strategic customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and wider team sales targets. Develop new business through proactive outbound activity. Manage pipeline opportunities and maintain accurate daily CRM records. Lead and support colleagues through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing. Manage higher-value projects, tenders and structured follow-up plans. Deliver CPD sessions and attend networking, exhibition and customer events. Build strong customer relationships through professional aftercare and communication.  Skills & Knowledge Required Proven sales experience, ideally within a project-led environment. Industry experience within HVAC or the construction sector would be desirable. Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. Confidence managing higher-value opportunities and tenders. Excellent organisation and time management. Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management skills. Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach. High level of professionalism and customer focus
