Regional Sales Manager – Construction Sector South East Region

Regional Sales Manager – Construction Sector South East Region - BN, ME, RH & TN Postcodes Permanent Salary +OTE Company car/Car allowance

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing high level customer accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers and key decision makers including Buyers and Procurement depts.
  • Generate and convert new business opportunities across the region.
  • Follow up quotations and project enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
  • Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear next actions.
  • Work closely with our Projects Team and Internal Sales Team to ensure opportunities progress effectively.
  • Support growth accounts, helping customers increase spend and engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
  • Support and work alongside the Worthing branch to increase customer activity and footfall.
  • Gather local market intelligence and monitor competitor activity.

Experience and Skills

  • Ability to discuss construction projects with professionals and decision makers
  • Experience in field sales, territory sales, key account or regional sales role
  • Driven, professional and motivated to manage own day to day duties
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Ability to balance independent fieldwork with collaborative team efforts.

Hours

Office Hours - 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary

Salary Β£50,000 - Β£60,000 + OTE (circa Β£5-Β£8K) Company Car/Car allowance
