Job Description Ready to Help Shape the Future of Legal Tech?

At Litera, we don’t just build software, we transform how the world’s top law firms operate.

Every day, we Raise The Bar for what’s possible through AI, innovation, and solutions that power millions of legal professionals worldwide.

If you’re energized by scale, real impact, and meaningful challenges, you’ll feel right at home here.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in London with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why this Role Matters

Your role as Solution Consultant will be key in driving product adoption and deepening engagement across Litera's CRM platform within strategic and enterprise law‑firm accounts.

You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Pre‑Sales to drive measurable improvements in how firms track relationships, manage pipelines, and grow revenue.

Your work will directly influence customer retention, platform evolution, and Litera's ability to deliver real business‑development outcomes for the world's top law firms.

This is a high‑visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment and wants to make a measurable difference from day one.

  • What You’ll Deliver
  • Accelerated product adoption — Own account‑level adoption plans with clear success metrics, phased rollouts, and stakeholder alignment that move firms from deployment to daily, firm‑wide usage.
  • Technical CRM solutions tailored to each firm — Design data‑model configurations, permission structures, tagging taxonomies, and record hierarchies that map directly to a firm's business‑development workflows and organizational structure.
  • Seamless integrations across the legal‑tech stack — Architect and recommend integration patterns connecting Litera CRM with ERP/financial systems, marketing‑automation platforms, document management, and data‑enrichment providers via REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL pipelines.
  • Actionable intelligence through dashboards and reporting — Partner with customers to define KPIs and build reports that quantify pipeline health, relationship strength, and business‑development ROI, giving firm leadership the data they need to make strategic decisions.
  • Proactive account health and retention — Conduct regular health checks using product telemetry, usage analytics, and data‑quality audits to identify adoption gaps and churn risk before they become problems.
  • Scalable enablement content and technical assets — Create configuration playbooks, integration reference architectures, migration checklists, and best‑practice guides that raise the baseline for every account.
  • A stronger product shaped by customer reality — Document feature requests with business context, quantify their impact, and present prioritized recommendations to Product and Engineering so the platform evolves with the market.
  • Revenue growth through technical credibility — Support renewal, expansion, and pre‑sales efforts by delivering proof‑of‑concept engagements, RFP responses, and solution designs that demonstrate clear business value.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting a CRM platform (e. g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Inter Action, Litera Foundation/Hub, Contact Ease, or comparable legal‑sector CRM).
  • Strong understanding of the legal‑industry business‑development lifecycle — origination tracking, relationship mapping, pitch/proposal workflows, and experience management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM data architecture: relational data models, entity‑relationship design, data normalization, and data‑quality management.
  • Working knowledge of integration technologies — REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware/i Paa S tools (e. g., Mule Soft, Workato, Dell Boomi), and ETL processes.
  • Experience with CRM analytics, reporting tools, or BI platforms (e. g., Power BI, Tableau, native CRM dashboards) to derive actionable insights from customer data.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders and engage audiences from end‑users to C‑suite.
  • Nice to Haves
  • Prior experience at a legal‑technology vendor, legal consultancy, or within a law‑firm business‑development, marketing, or IT team.
  • Familiarity with data‑enrichment providers and contact‑data ecosystems common in legal (e. g., Dun &Bradstreet, Pitch Book, Manzama, ALM Intelligence).
  • Experience with Gen AI‑assisted CRM features — prompt engineering, AI‑generated relationship summaries, and intelligent recommendations.
  • CRM platform certifications (e. g., Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals), SQL proficiency, or scripting experience (Python, Java Script/Node. js, Power Shell).

We are know great candidates don’t always check every box. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.
