Position Summary

This role is a Manager, Product Management based in our London or Nottingham office. Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on‑site presence at least three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and review market data from a variety of sources, including customer meetings, surveys, and interviews.
  • Review competitive products and prioritize and build initiatives and epics that satisfy customer needs.
  • Determine MVPs and break items out into key phases.
  • Work with design to mockup solutions and iterate to build the best user experiences.
  • Incorporate feedback from engineering, design, sales, support, and services teams.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to plan successful product launches.
  • Conduct win-loss analysis and analyze how proposed changes impact other areas of the business.
  • Review past releases to analyze impacts on KPIs.
  • Help sales progress and close opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Legal domain knowledge of processes and tooling. CLE knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into widely understandable formats.
  • Strategic thinking about how small changes can impact all levels of the business.
  • Comfortable speaking with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and seeking out conversations.
  • Self-motivated with curiosity about customer workflows and passion for delivering great user experiences.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while solving problems for customers.
  • Self-confidence in addressing difficult situations and clear about commitment limitations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 5+ years of product management experience with legal technology industry experience, though more is welcome.
