At NORNORM, we are rethinking how offices are furnished – moving away from ownership towards a circular, flexible subscription model that works better for people, businesses, and the planet. As we continue to scale in the UK, we are looking for a Sales Manager to drive new business and grow customer relationships within the commercial real estate and flexible office market.
We’re looking for someone with a background in commercial real estate and flexible offices who enjoys driving deals, owning the pipeline, and closing agreements through a structured, consultative sales process. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and ownership of revenue outcomes.
As our new Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for winning new customers and developing existing accounts across the UK. You will work closely with occupiers, landlords, and workplace-driven organisations, leading commercial conversations end-to-end and guiding prospects through a structured, consultative sales process. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with full ownership of the sales cycle. Success comes from credibility, structure, and the ability to navigate longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close
- Actively build and manage your own pipeline through outbound activity and relationship building
- Run a consultative sales process focused on long-term customer value
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders across commercial real estate and flexible office environments
- Grow existing accounts by identifying expansion and upsell opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success
- Comfort operating in a hunting-led role with responsibility for creating and progressing opportunities
- A structured, thoughtful approach to sales rather than high-volume transactional selling
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior decision-makers
- Motivation driven by targets, momentum, and long-term customer relationships
- Experience owning and closing complex sales cycles
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders in a buying process
- Exposure to commercial real estate, flexible offices, workplace solutions, or related B2B environments is a strong advantage, but not a requirement
- A commercially impactful role in a fast-growing, purpose-driven scale-up
- High levels of autonomy and ownership within the UK market
- Opportunity to grow with the business as we scale the UK market
- A culture built on trust, ambition, and long-term thinking
This role combines market-facing activity with regular time in the office, including meetings with customers and stakeholders across London. We ask for a short cover note outlining your intent for the role - a few lines are enough. Please also include a link to your LinkedIn profile.
