NORNORM is a fast‑growing circular scale‑up redefining the workspace industry through a subscription model that is better for people, businesses, and the planet.
We believe furniture should stay in use for as long as possible.
That is why we manage the full lifecycle – from delivery and collection to refurbishment and recirculation – so products can create value again and again.
That means our job does not stop when furniture is delivered. And that is what makes this role different from most implementation or operations roles.
Delivery Manager – Circular Operations will take ownership of office furniture installations from planning to execution, while ensuring that our circular operating model works in practice.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role combining project management, operations, partner coordination, and on‑site leadership.
You will act as the operational lead, make timely decisions under pressure, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to NORNORM’s quality standards.
You will also be part of our global implementation group, sharing learnings and helping build best practices across markets.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Project planning & delivery: Plan and manage end‑to‑end office furniture installation projects, including timelines, resources, and coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Order management: Handle outbound orders, change orders, returns, and replacements.
- 3PL warehouse management: Stay in close daily contact with warehouse partners, resolving picking errors, stock discrepancies, and operational issues.
- Stakeholder coordination & communication: Act as the main point of contact for installation partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective issue resolution.
Lead negotiations with installation partners to ensure the right balance between cost and service quality.
- Quality, risk & issue management: Ensure installations meet agreed specifications and quality standards, identify risks early, and find solutions when problems occur.
- Performance tracking & improvement: Track key KPIs related to delivery, cost improvement, and customer satisfaction, and use insights to improve processes and partner performance.
- On‑site execution & leadership: Lead on‑site delivery together with installation partners and internal teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, providing clear direction when adjustments are needed, and making timely decisions to keep projects on track.
Is This Role for You?
We imagine that you are practical and solution‑focused, with a strong operational mindset.
You are action‑oriented, comfortable making decisions, and able to follow through to ensure things get done.
You communicate clearly and straightforwardly, are easy to work with, and know how to push back constructively when needed.
- In Addition, You Bring
- Solid experience in project or operations management within an execution‑heavy environment involving physical goods and on‑site delivery, ideally within supply chain, logistics, operations, or a similar field.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with CRM and ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics experience being a strong advantage.
- Strong technical and hands‑on understanding of installations or craftsmanship, enabling you to assess quality, challenge solutions, and guide on‑site teams.
- Fluent, confident English, written and spoken.
Why join NORNORM?
Joining NORNORM means being part of something bigger: scaling circularity across the workspace industry while growing in an environment that values curiosity, courage, and collaboration.
We are a purpose‑driven company with strong values: we care, we dare, we do, and we make simple easy.
These principles shape how we work, how we grow, and how we support each other.
