NORNORM is seeking a Delivery Manager – Circular Operations to own office furniture installations from planning to execution, combining project management, operations, partner coordination, and on-site leadership. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role in our fast-growing circular business.
You will act as the operational lead, coordinate with installation partners and internal teams, manage orders and 3PL partners, and drive KPI-based improvements while upholding quality and safety.
