Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Prologis Park, Stockley Road. DC Unit 2, West Drayton UB7 9FN
Pay Rate: £14.82
Shift: Nights & Weekend Days
Role Purpose
To manage access, monitoring systems, and maintaining site security and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for customers and anticipate their needs.
- Ensure all daily tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage key allocation and maintain an up-to-date key log.
- Allocate and track radios correctly.
- Monitor systems and elevate issues promptly.
- Maintain strong cooperation with all onsite service teams.
- Stay familiar with site assignment instructions, policies, and processes.
- Build rapport with CyrusOne staff and external customers.
- Ensure shift handovers are accurate, relevant, and up to date.
- Respond to client ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- Monitor CCTV and report faults immediately.
- Track and manage access requests.
- Ensure all visitors and contractors are signed in and provided correct access.
- Monitor activity client systems to prevent access issues.
- Ensure visitor cards are returned upon departure.
- Report building faults to Mitie for repair.
- Record all deliveries and ensure proper handover to recipients.
- Conduct random night patrols and log them in Workstate.

- Strong computer and software proficiency.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
