We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to work at a friendly and growing conveyancing legal firm in Wales, walking distance to/from Abercynon train station and with free on-site parking. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Main duties: – Provide administrative support to solicitor – Handle communication with clients – Prepare and file basic legal documents and correspondence – Answer and direct phone calls Essential: – 2 years minimum experience of legal office work – Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols – Computer literacy ( Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office) – Proficient in English
