We are working with one of the UK’s most experienced team of Chartered Surveyors & Commercial Property Experts and looking for aBuilding Surveyor / Project Manager with experience in the industrial and trade counter, Roadside or automotive sectors would be preferable. This role can either be based at the Head Office in Stockport or possibly field based. To be successful, you will have: – Commercial projects experience – Vendor surveys / disposal surveys experience – Condition survey experience – Building Pathology / Specific Defect Surveys experience – Experience with TDD (Technical Due Diligence) – Schedule of works experience – CAD knowledge – Tendering The firm offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 p.a. for the right person (negotiable depending on experience), plus discretionary bonus, pension and 20 days annual leave (increasing with service) plus bank holidays.
