Director of Child & Adolescent Counselling Contract: 1-year maternity cover contract Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or remote depending on proximity to our Ealing, London office. Requirement: Must have a PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field. Manage and provide clinical oversight and supervision for the counselling team. Report to the Chief Clinical Officer and monitor program quality through reporting and quality assurance activities. Develop training materials and identify training needs. Conduct call audits and manage performance issues. Coordinate care for high-risk and complex cases. Provide clinical consultations and oversee quality management activities. Collaborate with the dedicated account manager and monitor system performance and data. Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold ethical standards. PhD or PsyD in clinical psychology, psychology, or related field; Minimum three years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Experience with international organizations and team management. Strong communication, strategic planning, and cultural sensitivity skills. Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
