Location: King’s Lynn (Hybrid)
Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 DOE
Hours: Mon to Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm
Reports to: Service Transformation Team Leader
Workplace IT provides Co‑Managed IT Services and Digital Safeguarding to large Health and Social Care Groups across the UK. We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our Service Transformation Team, internal engineers, and field‑based teams across multiple concurrent IT projects of varying sizes.
Role Overview
- Coordinate multiple IT projects, supporting planning, tracking, communication, and delivery
- Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, actions, risks, and change records
- Schedule project activities, meetings, and resources with internal teams, partners, and clients
- Act as a central point of contact between engineers, suppliers, client IT teams, and end users
- Track progress against milestones and proactively flag risks, issues, and delays
- Support onboarding of new projects, clients, and client acquisitions
- Assist with clear and accurate project status reporting
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of both Workplace IT and client IT teams

Working Location
Based in a modern innovation centre just off the A47 in King’s Lynn with easy access to Norwich, Cambridge and Peterborough. Typically one anchor day per week in the King’s Lynn office with the projects team. Remaining days office or home working (subject to business needs).
