Job Description: Role: Digital Marketing Executive Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (DOE) Performance Bonus: Up to £5,000 per annum based on agreed KPIs Location: Hybrid (Norfolk), with a minimum of one anchor day per week in our Kings Lynn office Reporting To: Managing Director About Workplace IT Workplace IT provides CAF Compliant Co-Managed IT Services and Digital Safeguarding to large Health, Social Care, Housing, Education and Public Sector organisations across the UK. We are looking for an outcome-led Digital Marketing Executive to help drive our transformation from a traditional Managed Service Provider serving the Health and Social Care sector into a recognised provider of CAF-aligned Co-Managed IT Services and Digital Safeguarding. This role is focused on generating qualified opportunities rather than brand awareness. Success will be measured against agreed KPIs, including lead generation, opportunity creation, campaign engagement and return on investment. Key Responsibilities Run daily team discovery to identify client outcomes and develop one-off and story-based content for publication. Develop and publish thought leadership and insight content from our team, clients, target sectors, vendors and associated publications. Work with the commercial team to understand pipeline activity and develop specific content that keeps Workplace IT Technologies and our propositions in front of opportunity owners. Support the business in creating and developing tenders and bid responses. Create and manage digital and print quarterly newsletters for clients and wider sector audiences. Own, manage and evolve our website and social media channels, predominantly LinkedIn, with support from our outsourced partners. Ensure the website acts as the central repository for all content, with direct links from social media and online and offline publications. Additional Responsibilities Own and manage the target prospect list, ensuring CRM records remain accurate and up to date. Support the business with client annual conferences and awards events. Support internal documentation and business branding. Support client and team entertainment. Skills & Experience Experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing and lead generation. Excellent written communication skills. Experience creating content, newsletters, campaigns and social media posts. Experience using CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Strong organisational and project management skills. Experience working with technical teams and translating complex topics into business-focused content. Experience within technology, cyber security, professional services or regulated sectors would be advantageous. Commercially focused and outcome-driven. Focused on generating measurable opportunities and commercial outcomes rather than purely brand-awareness activities. What We Offer Salary of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
