Location: King’s Lynn Hybrid | 2 to 3 days per week in the office

Reporting to: Managing Director MD

About Us

Workplace IT Technologies provides Co‑Managed IT Services and Digital Safeguarding to large Health and Social Care Groups across the UK. Over the next 12 to 18 months, we intend to grow our business significantly focusing on providing governance and digital safeguarding services to large Health, Social Care, Local Authority and Not for Profit organisations. To drive this growth, we are looking for a strategic, outcome‑driven Digital Marketing Lead to own and elevate our digital presence.

The Opportunity

The role is focused around promoting provable outcomes and thought leadership which in turn supports the growth of outcomes. Own the Digital Marketing activity, choose and work with third‑party providers to support SEO, content creation, PR, Web development and graphic design etc. As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will sit within our Senior Leadership Team SLT.

About the Role

  • Understand our proposition, commercial, service and digital safeguarding benefits and execute targeted digital strategies for each.
  • Deliver compelling, outcome‑tailored messaging to Commercial, Not‑for‑Profit, and Local Authority sectors.
  • Work with our delivery teams to identify successes and build outcome‑based marketing.
  • Work with the CEO and CTO to transform emerging services into thought leadership.
  • Work with the commercial team to understand new enquiries or new markets and build targeted outcome and thought leadership messaging targeting those prospects to build further awareness, confidence and collaboration.
  • Rebuild the content on our existing website to reflect our new proposition and launch a number of new online campaigns and then work with our web developer to rebuild the entire site.
  • Own our branding and messaging and evolve as appropriate.
  • Build outcome‑based digital case studies and secure exposure in sector‑specific online publications.
  • Partner with global vendors including Microsoft, Pax8, Acronis to secure and jointly utilise MDF funds whilst adhering to your Digital Marketing focus.
  • Implement modern AI tools to seamlessly automate website and social media workflows and performance tracking and reporting.
  • Filter prospect data, clean marketing lists, and track campaign performance metrics.
  • Manage incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to immediately and progress is tracked and measured.
  • Deliver weekly performance and ROI metrics reports directly to the MD/CEO/CTO.
  • Provide support for non‑digital marketing activities to ensure business alignment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience translating complex IT technology and service propositions into benefit‑driven messaging.
  • Familiarity with IT channel or related B2B vendor ecosystems and managing MDF processes.
  • Proven background in B2B messaging across LinkedIn and YouTube that drives traffic to our website to increase readership and enquiries.
  • Experienced working with technical people, reviewing service boards and translating their everyday technical wins into commercial success stories.
  • Ability to direct and get the best out of third‑party creative and technical agencies.
  • Eager to leverage modern AI marketing tools to scale workflows.
  • Skilled in managing data lists and mapping metrics to commercial goals.
  • Confidence to sit on the leadership team, guide C‑suite stakeholders, and report to the MD.

Remuneration and Package

  • Basic Salary £35,000 to £45,000 per annum
  • Contributory Pension Scheme
  • 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Modern Office Environment, easy access and free parking

Location and Travel

  • Hybrid Working (3 x Days Office / 2 x Days Home)
  • Occasional UK Travel and Overnight Stays
