We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join Workplace Interiors. The ideal candidate is efficient, detail-oriented, and skilled in developing and maintaining workplace and customer relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Client relationship management skills to maintain professional communication with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to create budgets and quotes as well as knowledge of associated computer software.
  • Quality assurance skills to maintain company quality standards of product and services.
  • Time management and prioritisation skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
  • Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
  • Help with customer inquiries and walk-ins, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing product and pricing information.
  • Support the sales, design, and operations teams with administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organising files, and completing paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, including customer and project data, sales reports, and inventory information.
  • Perform other support tasks as requested, including preparing materials for meetings and presentations, managing expenses and invoices, and coordinating events and travel.
  • Answers phones, filing and other duties as assigned.
  • Process invoices, match purchase orders to invoices, verify approvals, and manage payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Must be excellent with Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
