The Role
We are seeking a qualified Energy Consultant to support WFG’s growing sustainability and compliance offering. You will deliver high-quality energy assessments across commercial projects, providing EPCs, modelling insights, and technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Energy Assessment & Compliance
- Produce EPCs for non-domestic buildings
- Undertake Level 5 DSM assessments
- Ensure compliance with Part L Building Regulations
- Project & Design Support
- Support design teams with energy strategy and performance optimisation
- Attend project meetings and advise clients
- Data & Reporting
- Produce reports and analyse building performance data
- Market & Innovation
- Stay up to date with legislation and low-carbon technologies
Technical Requirements
- Accredited Level 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (essential)
- Experience with DSM software (IES)
- Strong understanding of Part L and building services
- TM54 Modelling
