About the Role
We are launching a new executive search subsidiary within the Workplace Futures Group, building on 30–40 years of expertise in designing environments for major occupiers, asset managers, and developers. This is a unique opportunity to join a business at its inception; leveraging our established internal talent acquisition and business development networks to deliver exceptional executive search services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver executive search assignments for middle and senior-level roles, focusing on contingent and retained mandates.
- Collaborate closely with the internal resource team, architectural design & build company, and a highly established business development team.
- Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite clients, ensuring exemplary service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation through excellence, repeat business, and client retention.
- Provide a consultative, client-focused approach — success is measured by external client satisfaction, not fee income targets.
- Utilise Bullhorn and other recruitment technologies to manage assignments and candidate pipelines.
- Contribute to the growth and culture of the new business, reflecting the values of excellence, professionalism, and long-term strategic thinking.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in recruitment, with a focus on middle/senior contingent and executive search.
- Proficiency with Bullhorn or similar recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and trust with senior stakeholders.
- Personable, professional, and committed to delivering perfect service.
- Strategic thinker with a long-term approach to client and candidate relationships.
