About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal recruitment team, servicing operational roles primarily within our group’s interior design & build fit-out business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an established team, supporting middle management and above across Commercial, Operational, and Project Management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles within the construction business, focusing on middle management and above.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Utilise Bullhorn (or similar ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment workflows.
  • Deliver a consultative, client-focused service, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation for excellence, exemplary service, and perfect service delivery.
  • Support repeat business and retention through outstanding recruitment outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture where success is measured by client satisfaction, not fee income targets.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an agency construction environment preferred, but not essential.
  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar recruitment software is ideal, but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective relationships with internal clients.
  • Professional, personable, and committed to delivering high standards of service.

Team Culture & Values

  • Excellence in all aspects of delivery.
  • Exemplary, client-focused service.
  • Commitment to reputation, repeat business, and retention.
  • No fee income targets—success is measured by client satisfaction.
  • Consulting mindset, always striving for the best outcomes for internal clients.
