Reporting to the Mechanical Services Director, you will be responsible for the production of mechanical drawings using AutoCAD software. Your main responsibilities will include: * Producing mechanical and public health services drawings using AutoCAD for all stages of design (including layouts, schematics and details) – must have previous building services AutoCAD experience. * Producing schedules for FCUs, AHUs, HRUs, grilles, attenuators, fire dampers etc – previous experience is a benefit, but not essential. * Assisting with the design of HVAC systems and PH services – previous experience is a benefit, but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate 1-2 years’ experience of mechanical and PH services design and ideally hold a building services or mechanical services degree. You will have excellent CAD skills and be able to show your understanding of thermal modelling software. Revit knowledge is an advantage. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently in a pressurised environment, you will be self-motivated, and show a high level of competence in AutoCAD.
