To support rapid growth, product expansion, and market penetration, WorkPermitCloud Limited is seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager to lead brand growth, demand generation, employer acquisition, and revenue development across all strategic business units.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing integrated marketing and sales strategies across all WorkPermitCloud business units. This position plays a critical commercial role, ensuring that WorkPermitCloud’s services remain competitive, visible, and commercially scalable within the UK sponsor and SME market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- MARKETING STRATEGY & BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all strategic business units under WorkPermitCloud Limited.
- Plan and execute quarterly marketing campaigns in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all websites, platforms, and marketing materials.
- Oversee content strategy including website content, landing pages, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and campaign materials.
- Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, paid ads, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify employer needs, industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, lead quality, conversion ratios, and ROI, providing performance reports to management.
- STAKEHOLDER & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Build long-term relationships with UK employers, partners, and professional networks.
- Support strategic partnerships and referral programmes.
- Represent WorkPermitCloud Limited at networking events, seminars, and business forums when required.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and professional conduct.
- SALES & REVENUE DEVELOPMENT
- Lead sales activities for WPC HR software, HR retainership services, and employer compliance solutions.
- Develop and implement B2B sales strategies targeting UK licensed sponsors and prospective sponsor employers.
- Identify and approach decision-makers including Directors, HR Managers, and Business Owners.
- Prepare and present service proposals, pricing models, and retainership agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Business Development Executives and internal teams to achieve revenue targets.
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & IT COLLABORATION
- Work closely with the IT and product development teams to provide market feedback on software usability and employer needs.
- Suggest new features, enhancements, and workflow improvements.
- Ensure WPC software platforms remain competitive and user-focused.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions and beta launches.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new digital products and system upgrades.
- CROSS-SELLING & SERVICE INTEGRATION
- Actively promote and cross-sell other WorkPermitCloud services.
- Design bundled service offerings for sponsored employers to improve client retention and lifetime value.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, employer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and service lines simultaneously.
