About the role

Work Permit Cloud is a UK immigration compliance business serving over 2,000 licensed sponsors. We help employers stay compliant with their sponsor licence obligations through audits, advisory, and our HR compliance platform WPCHR. We’re growing and need someone to help us convert our existing database of sponsors into active clients — and keep them there. This is a warm outreach and relationship role. You won’t be cold calling strangers. You’ll be working with employers who already know us, helping them understand where their compliance gaps are and why acting now matters.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reaching out to lapsed and unconverted sponsors in our database via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying interest and booking discovery calls with decision-makers (HR Directors, People Managers, in-house legal)
  • Running or supporting product demos for WPCHR
  • Following up on audit enquiries and converting them into instructions
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline records in our CRM
  • Feeding back what you’re hearing from prospects to help us improve our messaging and product

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a sales, business development or account management role — professional services or SaaS preferred
  • Comfortable having consultative conversations with HR and People teams
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline without hand-holding
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Interest in UK immigration or HR compliance is a plus — full product training provided

  • Immigration law knowledge — we’ll train you
  • Experience cold calling from scratch — our database is warm
  • A script — we want someone who can have a real conversation
