We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing to lead the company’s marketing efforts for both WorkPal and Barclay Communications, two dynamic and growing brands within the SaaS and telecom industries. This role will involve managing the full spectrum of digital and traditional marketing activities, while overseeing collaboration with an external marketing agency to assist with marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on and strategic, driving growth through creative digital solutions while ensuring alignment with broader company values and goals. Please note this role is office-based, and we operate full-time, 5 days a week in the office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £50,000 - £60,000 per year (depending on experience)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and execute the company's digital marketing strategy, including SEO, PPC, social media/paid advertising and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyse performance across all digital channels, making data-driven decisions to optimise campaigns and increase ROI.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and the external marketing agency, ensuring alignment on all aspects of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the agency on the development of brand messaging, creative content, and campaign strategy.
  • Track the performance of the agency-delivered marketing activities, providing feedback on performance and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and the agency to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Analyse digital marketing data, including website traffic, conversion rates, and social media performance, to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Provide detailed monthly performance reports to senior management and make recommendations for optimisations.
  • Work with internal teams, including sales and product, to develop marketing materials, collateral, and product launch campaigns.
  • Support cross-functional teams with marketing expertise to ensure the delivery of brand-aligned projects across departments.
  • Develop and execute internal marketing activities and communications as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience managing external agencies and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for campaign improvement and optimisation.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage various projects.
  • Excellent organisational skills: able to prioritise workload according to ever-changing business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with others on marketing campaigns.
