Requirements:
We are looking for a Lead Frontend Software Engineer who has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering successful front-end projects. You should have extensive commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, including hands-on deployment experience in Azure. A deep expertise in modern front-end architecture and performance optimization is essential. You must be able to solve complex technical challenges and deliver strategic, scalable solutions while having a strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. A passion for DevSecOps, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines is also crucial. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, and have experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. Familiarity with C# and .NET 8 for backend development is a bonus.

Your responsibilities are:
In this role, you will lead the front-end development strategy and architecture while collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Your tasks will include developing high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, as well as providing technical leadership through code reviews and architectural guidance. You will work alongside product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences. We expect you to champion best practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), clean coding, and modern front-end methodologies. You will also promote a DevSecOps culture to ensure the secure and efficient delivery of high-quality features, while mentoring and developing junior engineers to foster a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence.
