We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Python, FastAPI, and AWS for backend development, as well as experience in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for the frontend. Candidates should possess full software development lifecycle experience and a solid understanding of modern software engineering best practices. We seek individuals who have provided technical project leadership and managed multiple end-to-end projects. A good business acumen, especially within start-ups or SMEs, is essential. A degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline is also required.
As our Lead Full Stack Developer, you will join a small yet growing technology team and take ownership of full stack development tasks. You will provide technical direction and leadership while remaining hands-on with coding across a range of projects. You will have the opportunity to see the results of your work quickly and influence technology decisions as we continue to innovate.
Description
We offer a competitive salary package of up to £100k along with 25 days of holiday, a pension plan, and a hybrid working arrangement (3 days in-office in Central Manchester and 2 days working from home).
