As we continue to scale, we are seeking a VP of Operations to lead our operational strategy, financial oversight, and team leadership—ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers and stakeholders.

The Role: The VP of Operations for our ISO standards business is a key member of the senior leadership team in our Cyber and Compliance division reporting into the Divisional Managing Director. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the company, ensuring the business runs efficiently, meets its strategic objectives, and delivers exceptional value to its customers, employees, and investors.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior operations leadership role.
• A proven track record in process optimization, cost management, and team leadership.
• Strong expertise in ISO standards, cyber security, or compliance industries (preferred but not essential).
• Professional certifications in Operations, Project, or Programme Management (desirable).
• Leadership training and a strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational excellence.
