As our Technical SEO Specialist, you’ll be part of a collaborative digital team focused on delivering organic growth and lead generation. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you’ll optimise our B2B websites for visibility, crawlability, and performance, working closely with developers, content marketers, and product teams to diagnose issues, implement best practices, and uncover new growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist with at least 2 years’ experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong technical focus. You’ll have hands-on experience in technical SEO and a solid understanding of site architecture, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data, along with proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GA4.
In this role, you’ll conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, implement actionable recommendations, support website migrations and re-platforming projects, and optimise site speed and performance. You’ll work closely with our SEO agency, developers, and content teams to align technical and on-page strategies, and track and report on key SEO metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, or enterprise-level CMS is essential, and familiarity with Storyblok would be an advantage. You’ll need strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and the confidence to work collaboratively across teams to achieve business objectives.
