Are you an experienced Adult Social Care professional with detailed knowledge of the CQC regulations, standards and CQC inspection methodology? Care 4 Quality is actively recruiting for a clinically trained Adult Social Care Consultant in the North of England to cover areas such as Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, Northumberland and beyond. They are looking for a self-employed consultant to carry out mock inspections on a range of adult social care locations, specifically home care, nursing homes, residential homes and supported living.
Responsibilities
- Carry out mock inspections in adult social care settings (including home care, nursing homes, residential homes and supported living).
- Apply knowledge of CQC regulations, standards and inspection methodology to assess services and provide actionable findings.
- Prepare inspection reports and contribute to client guidance to support service improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Adult Social Care with detailed knowledge of CQC regulations, standards and inspection methodology.
- Experience of inspection, audit, governance and having taken part in an inspection or being part of a service that has been inspected by the CQC.
- Clinical background (e.g., registered nurse or similar healthcare professional) and experience of working within regulated services.
