Why Your Role Matters
As a Senior Legal Consultant, you’ll deliver high-quality, pragmatic advice on Employment Tribunal matters to WorkNest’s SME, LME, and Mid-Market clients. Your experience will be key in managing a varied and complex caseload, including high-value, multi-party, and sensitive cases in addition to mentoring trainees, paralegals, and junior advisers to help grow their expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll manage tribunal cases for a dedicated client portfolio, including some of our largest accounts, ensuring advice is timely, accurate, practical, and commercially focused. You’ll also prepare compliant documentation, meet tribunal deadlines, support insurance processes, and contribute to team efficiency by sharing best practices and participating in business development activities.
About You
We’re looking for a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive), though we may also consider candidates with relevant HR/ER qualifications or strong litigation experience. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 3 to 4 years’ PQE as an employment law solicitor or adviser, with excellent technical knowledge and a solid grasp of current employment law.
Strong commercial awareness, a commitment to exceptional client service, and a track record of achieving business objectives are essential.
