Supporting several of WorkNestâs largest and most important clients, youâll play the important role of ensuring that our clients are able to meet their commercial objectives, as well as complying with the law and allowing the client to clearly consider the consequences of none / partial compliance if this is their consideration.

What Youâll Be Doing
As a WorkNest Senior Employment Advisor youâll be providing a brilliant service to our clients as you provide legally compliant and high-quality advice to your own portfolio of clients across the UK. Youâll work closely with your clients and employee representatives in relation to settlement discussions, early conciliation and associated issues. Youâll work with your own dedicated portfolio of clients and build long-lasting relationships with them.
On occasion youâll support with litigation and HR Consultancy work, as well as delivering external client training and internal training to the trainees.
About You
You will be a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) or have relevant equivalent HR/ER qualification and experience. You will be a minimum of 3 to 4 years experience delivering EL & ER advice in legal or HR setting. Your role will support in the delivery of high quality, pragmatic, and efficient advice to WorkNestâs clients and LME and Mid-Market clients. To provide brilliant service to your own portfolio of clients or other clients within your advisory or pyramid team.
