We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and driving growth across our People Services portfolio.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our People Services portfolio, shaping go-to-market strategy, delivering standout positioning, and enabling our commercial teams to deliver strong market performance.

What We’re Looking For

We’re recruiting for an experienced, results driven Product Marketing leader who takes true ownership of planning and executing Go-To-Market. You’ll bring strong experience shaping product marketing strategy, using deep market and competitor insight to drive clear, differentiated propositions and messaging. Proactive and commercially aware, you’ll stay close to market trends and competitor activity, turning insight into actionable plans that support growth.

You’ll have a proven track record of leading end to end go-to-market initiatives, bringing together Product, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver successful launches and campaigns. Experienced in sales enablement, you’ll create impactful tools, content and training that empower commercial teams. Collaborative and ideas driven, you’re comfortable operating at pace, combining strategic thinking with a get stuck in approach, while thriving in our ambitious, supportive and high performing culture.

About You

You’ll have a strong track record of launching B2B propositions, ideally within people services or technology, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results. You’ll bring deep expertise in product marketing, including segmentation, buyer personas, product market fit and data‑led optimisation, and apply this to solve problems and drive performance. Confident and credible, you’ll influence stakeholders at all levels and keep teams focused on delivering customer‑centric outcomes. Highly organised and commercially minded, you’re comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment. Experience within a private‑equity backed, enterprise‑scale business is highly advantageous, while exposure to employment law, HR or health and safety is a plus.
