What We Offer

  • £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (£20,000 - £21,875 pro rata) depending on experience
  • Part Time - 25 hours per week (ideally Monday to Friday 12:30 – 5:30pm but other part time hours can be discussed)

What We’re Looking For

As an HR Advisor at HR Solutions, you’ll play a key role in delivering a first-class service to our clients by providing professional advice via phone and email on a wide range of employee relations matters, such as disciplinary issues, grievances, absence management, restructures, redundancies, and TUPE. You’ll work closely with a supportive team to ensure client queries are handled efficiently and within agreed timeframes. You’ll also help keep HR documentation up to date, including contracts, offer letters, policies, and employee handbooks. In addition, you’ll provide support to our HR Consultants when needed and assist the Head of Advisory and Administration with various tasks. It’s a varied, hands-on role where your knowledge and attention to detail will really make a difference.

About You

We’re looking for someone with solid, hands-on HR experience at Advisor level or above, who’s confident providing practical, business-focused advice to managers at all levels. You’ll have a good understanding of commercial priorities, strong generalist HR knowledge, and up-to-date employment law expertise. You’ll be great at building relationships, have a professional and flexible attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
