Supporting several of WorkNest’s largest and most important clients, you’ll play the important role of ensuring that our clients are able to meet their commercial objectives, as well as complying with the law and allowing the client to clearly consider the consequences of none / partial compliance if this is their consideration.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a WorkNest Employment Solicitor you’ll be providing a brilliant service to our clients, delivering legally compliant and high‑quality advice to your own portfolio of clients across the UK. You will work closely with clients and employee representatives in relation to settlement discussions, early conciliation and associated issues, building long‑lasting relationships. On occasion you’ll support litigation and HR consultancy work, as well as deliver external client training and internal training to trainees.
About You
You will be a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with a minimum of 3–4 years’ PQE as an employment law solicitor or adviser, ideally with experience supporting clients within the education sector. You will deliver high‑quality, pragmatic and efficient employment law advice to WorkNest’s clients, focusing on LME and mid‑market organisations. You will provide exceptional service to your own portfolio of clients and support others within your advisory or pyramid team to ensure consistently brilliant client outcomes. You’ll also oversee and mentor trainees and more junior advisers.
