What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a highly organised planner to coordinate our Health & Safety consultancy schedules. You’ll prepare consultants for site visits, gather key client information, handle incoming calls, and set clear expectations to ensure a great customer experience. The role also includes managing holidays and training in diaries, reducing travel through smart geographical planning, and keeping accurate records in Salesforce. Working closely with Consultants and Regional Managers, you’ll help balance workloads, support rota management, assist with KPI reporting, and make welcome calls to new clients.
About You
You’ll have a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Excel and Word, along with excellent listening and communication skills that help you build positive relationships with both clients and colleagues. With experience in a customer service or delivery focused role, you’ll be confident handling enquiries via phone, email, and Teams, always maintaining a friendly and professional approach. You’ll be proactive, able to use your initiative, and remain calm under pressure while prioritising work in line with business needs. Experience with CRM or case management systems would be advantageous. Above all, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be excited to be part of our amazing culture, where teamwork, support, and a shared commitment to delivering outstanding service are at the heart of everything we do.
