As Chief Marketing Officer, you will sit on the WorkNest Executive Team and lead the marketing function, ensuring it operates as a unified, high performing division that drives commercial success across the portfolio. You’ll guide the team through a transformational phase, integrating multiple businesses under a single operating model, aligning marketing with sales, and delivering a clear, cohesive brand and go-to-market strategy.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who can guide a diverse, UK and international team through a period of transformation and growth. You’ll bring together multiple businesses under a single operating model, align marketing closely with sales and customer success, and deliver a clear brand and go-to-market strategy that drives organic growth through new business, cross-sell and retention. This global role requires strong commercial acumen, UK and international marketing experience and the ability to unite teams across integrated and semi-autonomous businesses. You’ll shift the marketing mindset from activity-based metrics to measurable revenue impact, embedding data-driven processes, scalable demand generation and clear accountability while championing the voice of the customer throughout the business.

About you

You are a proven Chief Marketing Officer with significant experience driving measurable commercial impact, including new business growth, cross-sell and portfolio optimisation. You will have played a key role in scaling a business from around £100m to £200m revenue, ideally within a business where a large proportion of revenue comes from the SME market. You’ll bring strong expertise in brand architecture, go-to-market strategy and revenue focused marketing, and have a track record of partnering closely with sales leadership to deliver pipeline and commercial results. You will also have experience leading marketing teams through transformation, integrating multiple brands or business units into a clear, best-in-class operating model. Commercially astute and data driven, you are comfortable operating at pace and influencing senior stakeholders. Just as importantly, you are a collaborative and inspiring leader who will support and strengthen our positive, high performing culture while guiding teams through growth and change.
