The business has been formed following the merger of established cyber security brands including Bulletproof and Pentest People, bringing together deep expertise across penetration testing, cyber resilience, compliance, data protection and information security services. We support organisations with services including penetration testing, Cyber Essentials, ISO consultancy, data protection, DPO support, vulnerability scanning, information security consultancy and wider governance, risk and compliance services.
As the Client Administrator you will work with the wider Client Coordination team for the running of the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services across multiple service lines.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Head of Client Coordination
- Work effectively as a team to ensure Offensive Security Consulting achieve the forecasted monthly billable day target
- Foster a high-performing team culture
- Drive and maintain a customer focussed culture across the Client Coordination team
- Work towards set KPIs and report updates to Head of Client Coordination, using insights to drive process improvement
- Coordinate multiple calendars and locations for Offensive Security Consultants, ensuring smooth internal and external operations
- Manage multiple assessments and clients’ deliverables simultaneously and effectively
- Arrange assessments and provide clear schedules and prerequisites to clients
- Support Head of Client Coordination in maintaining the accuracy of pre assessment documentation and processes
- Prepare for and conduct a weekly delivery update to the account management team on a rota basis
- Attend team meetings and periodic performance assessments
- Support Head of Client Coordination in recruitment and onboarding of Service Delivery team members when needed

- Proven ability to manage service delivery operations under pressure
- Previous experience in team management and mentoring
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Capability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Effective negotiation skills with multiple stakeholders – Employees & customers included
