The Partner Executive supports the Partnerships team by providing administrative, operational, and coordination assistance across a portfolio of strategic partners. This role is focused on enabling Partner Managers to maximise revenue performance and partner satisfaction by ensuring processes, documentation, and communications are managed efficiently and accurately.
You will play a key role in maintaining CRM data, coordinating meetings, supporting onboarding activity, and ensuring smooth internal collaboration across departments. While not responsible for owning or closing deals, you will contribute to pipeline progression, reporting accuracy, and partner engagement through structured support and proactive follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:- Partner Support and Coordination
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Partner Managers across their portfolio of partners.
- Coordinate partner meetings, reviews, and follow-up actions, ensuring agendas and documentation are prepared in advance.
- Assist with partner onboarding processes, ensuring documentation, systems access, and internal notifications are completed accurately.
- Support the preparation of reports, forecasts, and performance updates for partner review meetings.

- Pipeline and CRM Administration
