What We’re Looking For
As our Sales Executive, you’ll join our team and support WorkNest’s ambitious growth plans by helping to create new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to presenting solutions, negotiating terms and securing new business.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Development, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who is commercially driven, enjoys engaging with people and is motivated by achieving results. You’ll be joining a growing organisation with a broad portfolio of services and a clear ambition for continued UK and international growth.
You’ll also take ownership of your own performance and development, working collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrating WorkNest’s values and behaviours in everything you do.
About You
- Proven experience in a new business, B2B sales environment.
- Proven experience managing the full 360 sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation, closing and handover.
- Confident and comfortable building relationships with prospective clients
- Commercially minded, with a strong interest in sales and business development
- Motivated by targets, results and creating new opportunities
- An engaging and effective communicator
- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership of their performance
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider sales team
- Keen to learn, develop and build their career within a growing organisation
