Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain close client relationships throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience team to schedule visits, deliver service, and manage client relationships while optimising cost to serve and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Act as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts, ensuring service delivery and documentation consistency with other colleagues.
