Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Pay Rate: £13.50 – £14.50 per hour based on experience

We are urgently recruiting for a Transport Office Administrator on behalf of our client based near Brackley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who can hit the ground running within a busy transport and logistics operation. We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a varied workload in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General transport and office administration duties
  • Processing transport documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal departments
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally
  • Updating internal systems and databases
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the transport office
  • Assisting with scheduling, paperwork, and operational administration

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous administration experience (transport or logistics experience advantageous)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team

Essential: Must have your own transport due to the location of the site. Available for an immediate start. Able to commit to a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.
