The client is a long-established social housing contractor, specialising in planned capital works, cyclical decorations, major works and retrofit schemes. They\’ve been around for 80 years and work with some of the largest housing associations and councils across the UK. What you\’ll do You\’ll be working directly with residents, keeping them informed about construction projects that affect their homes. You\’ll handle concerns, offer support and make sure things run as smoothly as possible on the ground.
