This is a permanent, salaried position where you can step in and start earning immediately, with a company vehicle and fuel card provided from day one. You\’ll have the stability, support, and tools needed to do your job properly.

The Role

You’ll act as the key point of contact between residents, site teams, and management. Your role is to keep residents informed, supported, and confident throughout construction works taking place in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicating with residents about upcoming construction works
  • Sending letters and written updates regarding project timelines
  • Carrying out home visits to offer advice, support, and reassurance
  • Coordinating access and appointments with painters and subcontractors
  • Attending site and progress meetings with construction teams
  • Managing resident feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally
  • Reporting regularly to management on resident engagement and project impact

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
  • Strong face‑to‑face customer service experience
  • Confident communicator with a calm and professional approach
  • Well‑organised with good time‑management skills
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
  • Previous experience in social housing, construction, or customer‑facing roles is desirable but not essential
