Workman\’s Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected certification and compliance organisation who are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced PAS / MCS Inspector. This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel across the UK to assess and ensure the quality and compliance of energy efficiency installations, in line with PAS 2030/2035/2031 and MCS standards. You will be responsible for carrying out technical inspections and surveillance of energy insulation and roofing measures, investigating customer complaints, and supporting overall compliance with regulatory and quality assurance frameworks. Working independently but supported by a wider inspections and planning team. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct field inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance * Complete detailed reports in line with KPIs and service level agreements * Investigate customer complaints and provide clear, professional resolutions * Plan and manage site appointments efficiently * Provide mentoring and share technical knowledge with team members * Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements Key Requirements: * NVQ Level 2 in a site-based trade qualification (essential) * In-depth practical experience in the energy efficiency industry * Strong knowledge of insulation and roofing systems * Familiarity with PAS 2030/2035/2031 and MCS standards (highly desirable) * Excellent communication, IT, and reporting skills * Able to travel extensively across the UK (full clean driving licence required) * Comfortable working independently and engaging with clients on-site Salary & Benefits: * Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum * Car allowance/company vehicle * Quarterly Bonus scheme * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Employee well-being support * Health Insurance Scheme * Pension Scheme * Death in Service Benefit Working Hours: * Monday – Friday * 8:00am – 5:00pm * 1 hour lunch break * 40 hours per week
