What You'll Do:

  • Take on a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, using your skills across different trades to keep work interesting and build your expertise even further.
  • Carry out carpentry repairs, including door and window fixes.
  • Handle rendering and brick repairs to keep buildings sound.
  • Use plastering and painting to finish off repairs properly.
  • Manage minor pointing and masonry repairs.
  • Work directly with contractors and tenants to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Need:

  • A Full UK Driver's License.
  • Experience in social housing or residential construction.
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge.
